খাদ্য নিরাপদ রাখার ৫ চাবিকাঠি:

১। পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রাখিঃ (পরিচ্ছন্নতার প্রথম ধাপ, সাবান দিয়ে ধোব হাত; পরিচ্ছন্ন থালা-বাসন, রাখবে সুস্থ সবার জীবন)।

২। কাঁচা ও রান্না করা খাবার আলাদা রাখিঃ  (কাঁচা মাছ/মাংস, ফলমূল বা শাক-সবজী থেকে আলাদা রাখি; কাঁচা ও রান্না করা খাবার আলাদা রাখি)।

৩। সঠিক তাপমাত্রায় নির্দিষ্ট সময় ধরে খাবার রান্না করিঃ (সঠিক তাপে ভালভাবে সিদ্ধ করে খাবার রান্না করি)। 

৪। নিরাপদ তাপমাত্রায় খাদ্য সংরক্ষণ করিঃ (রান্না করা খাবার ৫ ডিগ্রি সেন্টিগ্রেড এর নিচে সংরক্ষণ করি এবং সংরক্ষণ করা খাবার পরিবেশনের আগে ভালভাবে গরম করি)।

৫। নিরাপদ পানি ও খাদ্য উপকরণ ব্যবহার করিঃ (নিরাপদ পানি ব্যবহার করি, ফলমূল ও শাক-সবজী নিরাপদ পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে নেই)।

Creating public awareness about safe food at school level details Bangladesh Safe Food Authority, District Office, Brahmanbaria on 20/11/2024 and 21/11/2024 to create public awareness about safe food at school level Kasba Adarsh High School, Kasba and Akhaura Technical Islamia Alim Madrasa, Akhaura of Kasba and Akhaura Upazila of Brahmanbaria district organized a seminar on food safety with about 200 students and teachers. In the seminar, what is safe food for school students, its need, ways to recognize unsafe food, not eating open food, not eating ice cream made with textile dyes, eating more fruits and vegetables.Mr. Mohammad Bashir Ahmed, District Safe Food Officer, gave an awareness speech on various topics useful to the school children.
